| Mak property services only deal with clients who are in full time employment can supply a suitable guarantor. All tenants are fully vetted by Mak property services or via our independent referencing service. Fee 10% of the gross rent due for the term of the tenancy agreement. Renewals In the event of tenants introduced by Mak Property services renewing their tenancy agreement by way of negotiation with the landlord/agent or Mak property services, commission is payable as per our terms conditions, and fee’s will be payable in advance. Collection of Fee Fees are payable at the commencement of the tenancy agreement and deducted from the balance of monies collected from the tenant. Safety Inspections We will arrange for our fully qualified contractors to electric safety and Gas safety inspections on your behalf every year. Renewals In the event of the tenant/s introduced by Mak Property services renewing their tenancy agreement by way of negotiation with the Landlord/agent or Mak Property services, commission is payable as per our terms and conditions. |
